Castleton's Boyle Named D3football.com Third-Team All-America

Minneapolis, Min. – Junior wide receiver Brandon Boyle's awards keep coming in as he was named a D3football.com Third Team All-America selection, the third All-America honor he has received in the last month.

Boyle is the first Spartan to earn All-America honors from D3football.com, after being named a first-team All-East Region selection earlier in the month. He was one of two Eastern Collegiate Football Conference players to be named All-America and the only third-team honoree.

In 2012, Boyle finished second in the nation in total receiving yards (1533), receiving yards per game (139.4) and seventh in receptions per game (8.7). All three were Spartan records, as were his 96 catches and 18 touchdown receptions. Boyle was also the only wide receiver in the country to record at least three games with 220 yards receiving.
