Preseason honors begin for ECFC standouts

Three ECFC players were named to the “D3Senior Classic” Preseason All-America Team.

Maritime football senior linebacker Keith Barnes was named to the First Team Defense for the North Team as announced by the Collegiate Development Football League (CDFL). Gallaudet linebacker Tom Pangia was named to the second team defense for the South Region while Mount Ida linebacker AJ Knibbs was a second team selection for the North.

 The CDFL is the proud sponsor of the fourth annual D3 Senior Classic, a North vs. South All-Star game, which is held at the site of the NCAA Division III national championship game in Salem, Va., on Friday, December 7. Only graduating senior in 2013 are eligible for this preseason team.
