    IRVING, Texas - The National Football Foundation & College Hall of Fame (NFF) announced today the members of the 2020 NFF Hampshire Honor Society, which is comprised of college football players from all divisions of play who each maintained a cumulative 3.2 GPA or better throughout their college careers.

  • Moxey and Rice Named New England Football Writers All Stars

    CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Twenty‐nine players representing 20 different teams have been named to the 2019 New England Football Writers College Division All‐New England Team. Two Eastern Collegiate Football Conference (ECFC) student-athletes in Shannon Moxey of Dean College and Chris Rice of Castleton University were among the honorees.
  • ECFC Postseason Teams End Seasons

    MARSHFIELD, Mass. - Maritime College and Dean College saw their football seasons come to an end this weekend as they each fell in their respective postseason contests. Maritime lost to nationally-ranked Salisbury University in the first round of the NCAA Division III Football Championship while Dean succumbed to Endicott College in the New England Bowl.

    MARSHFIELD, Mass. – The Eastern Collegiate Football Conference (ECFC) announced their all-conference teams and major award winners for the 2019 season as voted on by the league’s six head coaches. Student-athletes from all six member institutions earned recognition. Dean College led the way with 12 all-conference selections and three of the league’s major awards.
  • Dean to Represent ECFC in New England Bowl Series

    Marshfield, MASS. - The Dean Bulldogs, Endicott Gulls, West Conn Colonials and WPI Engineers have been selected as the participants in the 2019 New England Bowl Series which will be played at campus sites on Saturday, November 23. Endicott will host Dean for a noon kickoff while WPI will host West Conn at 1pm.
  • Maritime to Face Salisbury in NCAA Postseason

    Indianapolis, Ind. - The bracket for the 2019 NCAA Division III Football Championship Tournament was announced on Sunday and Maritime College will travel to seventh-ranked Salisbury University for the First Round on Saturday, Nov. 23.

    Marshfield, MASS. - Four Eastern Collegiate Football Conference (ECFC) student-athletes have been honored as CoSIDA Academic All-District honorees. Jacob Bisson of Dean College and the trio of Cassmeir Hutchinson, Cress Fisher and Matthew Cracraft of Gallaudet University were recognized.
