Seven ECFC teams are in action on Saturday including five with their home opener.
Anna Maria kicks off the action at noon against Maine Maritime in Castine, Maine. Games at 1pm include MIT at Becker, Endicott at Castleton, Apprentice School at Gallaudet, Plymouth State at Mount Ida while Husson travels to Springfield.
Norwich hosts the final game of the day at 1:30pm as the open the new Sabine Field against St. Lawrence.
Matitime opened their season on Thursday night though time ran out on the Privateers as the squad lost to rival Mass. Maritime, 24-20, in the 2013 season opener up at the Buccaneers' Clean Harbors Stadium.
